Job Description
Customer Experience Representative providing remote support to customers of Arkansas Trailer. Handling inquiries, order-related questions, and service requests in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with order updates, service questions, and support requests
- Document customer interactions in internal systems
- Resolve routine issues and escalate complex concerns as needed
- Support order tracking and customer follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Coordinate with internal departments to support resolutions
- Provide high-quality customer service in a remote environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year customer service or support experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
