Job Description

Technical Customer Service handling inquiries and technical issues in a fully remote role. Work with a young team at a company specializing in smart pet solutions with AI products.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries — including chatbot interactions — with a focus on written communication
  • Analyze technical issues using logs and customer data
  • Document recurring error patterns and collaborate closely with the internal development team
  • Working hours align with German business hours, but the position is fully location-independent

Requirements:

  • Technical aptitude or experience in technical customer support
  • Structured and analytical work style; independent and solution-oriented approach
  • Experience with AI tools is a clear plus
  • German and English are the primary working languages. French or Scandinavian languages are an advantage
  • We are looking for fast learners with a proactive, positive attitude
