Job Description
Sales Support Specialist at THE rAVe Agency providing operational support to the sales team. Managing client communications and ensuring internal workflows remain accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to the sales team
- Manage client communications and track pipeline activity
- Ensure internal systems and workflows remain accurate and up to date
- Support the sales process through organization, proposal development, and execution
- Prepare client-facing materials and ensure smooth handoffs to the project team
- Draft and send follow-up communications
- Coordinate meeting scheduling and manage calendars with clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain CRM accuracy and document pipeline activity, client notes, and next steps
- Track proposals, client responses, contract terms, renewals and sponsorship timelines
- Assist with building and formatting client proposals, scopes of work, and quotes
- Prepare and transition finalized scope details into project management tools
- Coordinate internal scope alignment prior to contract execution
- Support organization and upkeep of CRM, PandaDoc and internal workflows as needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales support, sales coordination, or inside sales
- Experience working in a CRM-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Preferred)
- 4+ years of professional experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales support, sales coordination, or inside sales (Preferred)
- Experience with the software tools used in this role, including PandaDoc and Monday.com (Preferred)
