Job Description
Customer Service Representative assisting Danish-speaking customers in health and wellness inquiries. Engage with clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions to support service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about health and wellness products and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service in the health and wellness sector.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
