Job Description

Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative assisting clients with hotel reservations in the Hospitality Department. Providing outstanding support and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, assist with hotel bookings, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members and hotel partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on hospitality trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
