Job Description
Danish Speaking Customer Support representative for Home Entertainment Systems Department assisting Danish-speaking customers. Providing solutions and enhancing customers' home entertainment experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home entertainment products, offering solutions and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve service level objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product updates and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong enthusiasm for technology and home entertainment.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
