Job Description

Data Entry Coordinator role focused on monitoring advertising content from various media. Requires fluency in English and French with remote work based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying relevant advertising from various media platforms
  • Monitoring adverts for content, including identifying and clipping adverts
  • Assisting with scanning of publications and downloading of PDFs as needed
  • Working on client driven requirements
  • Collaborating with the team to meet departmental deadlines

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Additional language skills are always beneficial
  • High focus on attention to detail
  • Delivery focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Good basic numeracy
  • Prior experience using Google suite - including Sheets, Gmail, Docs would be advantageous
