Job Description
Analista de Governança de Dados & IA na Stone, empresa brasileira de tecnologia e serviços financeiros. Garantindo dados confiáveis, governança e soluções de IA para Planejamento e Controle.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a bridge between Planning & Control and Data Engineering
- Be responsible for the quality, documentation, cataloging, inventory, and lineage of the data used by the team
- Validate and prioritize deliverables
- Model and adjust queries and tables according to team needs
- Maintain and develop the single source of truth playbook for metrics
- Support, develop, and use AI tools in production
- Adjust AI solutions based on user feedback
- Keep AI solutions aligned with governance definitions
- Support the prioritization of AI initiatives applied to Planning & Control routines, considering efficiency or accuracy gains
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL
- Practical day-to-day experience with Generative AI, including prompt, agent, and automation development
- Active awareness of developments in the Generative AI market
- Ability to set priorities when managing multiple simultaneous demands
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
- Ability to deeply understand problems and ask insightful questions
- Previous experience in a data-related role is a plus
- Knowledge of service, sales, and business metrics is a plus
- Familiarity with Databricks and/or GCP is a plus
