Job Description
Data Product Specialist I at Grupo Boticário contributing to data-driven culture and insights sharing. Engaging across teams to enhance analytics and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in building a data-driven culture, understanding different contexts and contributing to solution discussions for the short, medium, and long term;
- Ensure the use of best practices and standards in solutions and work toward continuous improvement;
- Democratize data across the tribe and the company by creating dashboards and sharing analyses, insights, and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to align and prioritize with product managers, developers, data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders;
- Interpersonal skills to build connections across areas, mobilize teams, and prioritize initiatives;
- Proficiency with tools such as GCP, Data Studio, and BigQuery;
- Experience with visualization and data tooling such as Tableau, ETL tools, SQL, Python, or R;
- Statistical knowledge and strong analytical capability;
- Ability to translate business concepts into metrics;
- Experience with digital products and agile methodologies.
