Job Description
Delivery Operations Manager at Harbor IT coordinating complex infrastructure projects. Driving strategies for network deployment and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the overarching program strategy for large scale network deployment and core production environment initiatives.
- Maintain program frameworks, schedules, communication cadences, and governance structures.
- Facilitate alignment across engineering, construction, operations, and client teams.
- Guide planning and execution for network, wireless, cybersecurity, and special systems deployments on major construction programs.
- Monitor program wide progress and proactively surface risks, blockers, and deviations from plan.
- Prepare program dashboards, status reports, executive briefings, and communications.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in program delivery or infrastructure related oversight.
- Experience supporting complex construction programs, technology deployments, or network/special systems installations.
- Knowledge of networking technologies, wireless systems, cabling infrastructure, and commissioning workflows.
- Strong coordination, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize technical and program information.
- Experience contributing to PMO process development (preferred).
