Job Description
Deployment Strategist delivering Encore AI conversational agents for Australian banks, insurers, and lenders. Owning client discovery, configuration, go-live, and production adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Own client deployments end-to-end from kickoff through go-live and steady-state
- Run discovery and design workshops with product owners, compliance, and operations leads
- Translate business requirements into agent flows, node logic, and conversation design
- Configure and refine agents in the Encore AI platform using flow JSON, conversation/collect/end nodes, and prompt engineering
- Present progress, risks, and roadmap to client stakeholders from project leads to C-suite
- Help regulated financial-institution clients manage organizational readiness and change adoption
- Surface cross-account client needs and field learnings to Product and Engineering
- Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, including timeline, scope, and technical blockers
- Build reusable documentation, QA frameworks, and implementation patterns
Requirements:
- 3–6 years in a client-facing, technical delivery role — implementation, deployment, solutions engineering, or technical customer success — ideally at an AI/LLM, SaaS, or enterprise software company
- Experience as a delivery/deployment lead shipping AI or data products into production for enterprise clients, or as a solutions engineer/technical PM moving toward the client and business side, or as a strategy/process consultant wanting to own outcomes
- Comfort with flow logic, JSON configurations, and prompt structure; production coding is not required
- Financial services familiarity is a strong plus, including banking, insurance, investment workflows, or regulatory/compliance context
- English fluency required
- Ability to work across Israeli, Australian, and US accounts, with most client-facing work in English
- Executive presence with VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Bias toward ownership, low ego, and high follow-through
- Prior LLM prompt engineering or conversational AI design experience specifically is nice to have
- Experience with regulated industries beyond finance is nice to have
