Job Description
Design Team Leader at vSplash, managing a team to create user-friendly websites for SMBs. Ensuring creative standards and mentoring designers in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of web designers to deliver daily website design targets
- Monitor team productivity, work allocation, and delivery timelines
- Review and approve homepage and inner page designs
- Conduct regular design audits and provide actionable feedback
- Mentor designers on design quality and creativity
- Collaborate with copywriters, developers, QA teams, and internal stakeholders
- Track team performance metrics related to quality and production
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in web design
- 1+ years in team handling, mentoring, design review role
- Strong expertise in Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Design Systems, Prototyping)
- Deep understanding of UI/UX, responsive design, typography, color theory, accessibility, and usability
- Proven experience reviewing and improving website design quality and developer hand-off best practices
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
