Job Description
Web Designer building high-converting websites, funnels, and onboarding flows for AIOS’s AI healthcare and pharmacy brands. Owning design, frontend delivery, AI workflows, and conversion testing.
Responsibilities:
- Own web conversion end to end, from insight through live page
- Identify conversion barriers, form points of view, make the case, and execute improvements
- Design websites, landing pages, funnels, quizzes, and onboarding flows
- Develop compelling USPs and value propositions from patient insights
- Transform data, research, CRO insights, and founder hypotheses into high-converting designs
- Move designs from Figma into frontend code using Webflow or similar tools
- Use AI to design, build, and generate A/B tests and landing pages
- Build and improve AI workflows, components, and templates that scale output while maintaining brand quality
- Launch ideas and tests in days, analyze results, discontinue ineffective approaches, and scale successful ones
- Report directly to the Head of Design and collaborate closely with the CRO Lead
- Design experiences across Bolt Pharmacy, Bolt Med, and new markets
Requirements:
- 3+ years designing high-performing websites and landing pages
- Portfolio demonstrating results and conversion impact, not just visuals
- Strong understanding of user psychology and conversion factors
- Ability to craft compelling USPs and value propositions
- Comfortable moving designs into frontend code
- Webflow experience helpful but not essential
- Current day-to-day use of AI in design workflows
- Strong ability to build AI systems that scale design output
- Self-directed ownership from insight through live page
- Ability to ship quickly without sacrificing quality
- High standards for polish, spacing, responsiveness, and load speed
- Resume and portfolio
- 2 or 3 live pages designed and shipped, with conversion outcomes
- Short note describing current use of AI in the design and build workflow
- Availability around midday Pacific Time every weekday
- Willingness to work long days and regularly work weekends
