Job Description
Web Designer building React and HubSpot marketing websites for Stravito’s enterprise AI platform. Creating conversion-focused landing pages, reusable modules, and accessible, high-performance site sections.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build pages, campaign landing pages, and new sections of stravito.com from initial sketch to launch
- Turn positioning and campaign briefs into effective pages
- Build reusable modules for campaign and landing pages
- Optimize pages for conversion
- Work in the HubSpot theme, including templates, modules, and local build setup
- Write clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed beyond available tools
- Maintain website speed, accessibility, and consistency
- Document work and hand over a maintainable site
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Visual Designer when art direction or new content is needed
- Independently drive website design and implementation decisions
Requirements:
- Several years of experience designing visually and coding production websites
- Strong visual and typographic judgment
- Fluency in HTML and CSS, including modern layout
- Comfortable with JavaScript for building designed interactions
- Comfortable in React, or able to become productive in a React codebase within a couple of weeks
- Reliable, able to self-manage, and keep people updated without being chased
- Able to work from marketing briefs and own visual and technical implementation
- Able to build landing pages quickly using reusable modules and appropriate one-offs
- Experience using AI in work
- HubSpot and HubL experience is a plus, not a must
- Motion and interaction design experience, in code or After Effects, is nice to have
- Experience with marketing websites for B2B software is nice to have
- Personal website built by the candidate is nice to have
- Must be based within two hours of Central European Time
- Must provide two or three live sites and specify what was personally designed and coded
