Job Description
Web Designer creating engaging web pages and mobile marketing screens for NordVPN, a leading cybersecurity and VPN brand. Improving user engagement, conversions, and online security experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design web pages that enhance new user engagement and interaction
- Design marketing screens within mobile applications
- Analyze website patterns and flows
- Identify architecture and design flaws
- Advise on suitable solutions and improvement plans
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align designs with brand identity and business objectives
- Boost engagement and conversions through cohesive, user-centric strategies
- Work with UI/UX Designers, UX Researchers, Design System designers, copywriters, web content managers, graphic designers, and engineers
- Present and rationalize design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders
- Help shape the web marketing landscape for NordVPN, a cybersecurity and VPN brand
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web design
- Strong portfolio showcasing engaging, high-performing web pages
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills
- Keen eye for detail and passion for intuitive user experience
- Ability to align design with business objectives and user needs
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working with data analytics, web content managers, and developers
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Figma
- Openness and willingness to adopt AI-enhanced workflows and tools
- Comprehensive portfolio highlighting relevant web-focused projects, design process, and outcomes
- Currently based in Poland and able to work from Poland
