Job Description
Developer Experience & Workflow Engineer at Security Journey focused on improving training processes and developer experience. Collaborates with content developers and utilizes tools for efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Improve developer experience for lesson creation
- Identify friction in the lesson development process
- Improve local development environments
- Help standardize and modularize lesson infrastructure
- Provide guidance and tooling
- Design and implement workflows
- Automate repetitive processes
- Improve the video lesson creation pipeline
- Create, review or improve hands-on lessons
Requirements:
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Docker / containers
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Go (Golang)
- Experience with Bash / shell scripting
- Experience working with LLM APIs
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools
- Strong communication skills
