Job Description
Developer Relations Manager driving NVIDIA AI platform adoption among CIS software developers. Integrating AI tools with ISV products and guiding technical partnerships across Armenia and the CIS ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in agentic AI systems, open models, data science applications, and GPU-accelerated computing
- Serve as trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for developers within the CIS ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies
- Demonstrate and integrate the NVIDIA software stack, including tools, libraries, SDKs, open models, NIMs, and blueprints, into partner products, platforms, and pipelines
- Guide partners through onboarding and integration using sample code, guides, and demo pipelines
- Foster co-innovation of next-generation solutions in CIS
- Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies
- Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges
- Track adoption, surface new workflows, and channel field insights to NVIDIA product teams
- Represent NVIDIA at industry and developer events
- Communicate the business and commercial value of integrating the NVIDIA platform into software company products
- Work adaptably with cross-functional, matrixed teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management
- 5+ years of direct hands-on experience working in the CIS region
- Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies
- Experience with product integration involving vertical-specific technology platforms or horizontal business applications
- Significant technical depth in AI/ML, customization of open models, or creation of agentic systems
- Contributions to product integrations and software libraries
- Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops
- Ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams
- Skill distilling complex technical concepts for audiences from engineers to executives
- End-to-end experience defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners
- Fluency in Russian and English
