Job Description
Senior DevOps Engineer diseñando CI/CD e infraestructura cloud, on-premise, edge y air-gapped. C&S Informática ofrece soluciones de software, capacitación y consultoría tecnológica.
Responsibilities:
- Design, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Design and maintain robust infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and isolated (air-gapped) environments
- Work on high-availability architectures under challenging network conditions, including high latency and satellite links
- Implement orchestration on edge nodes and adhere to strict security standards
- Design offline-first architectures for intermittent connectivity
- Interact directly with the end client’s IT team
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents
- Develop runbooks
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience operating container and cloud platforms in production environments
- Advanced experience with Kubernetes (cloud and edge nodes), Helm or Kustomize, and GitOps methodologies
- Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi in cloud or on-premises environments
- Experience automating deployments and releases across multiple environments, including air-gapped scenarios
- Practical, auditable use of artificial intelligence tools applied to infrastructure and operations
- Strong knowledge of IP, VLANs, routing, NAT, DNS, NTP, and firewall rules
- Experience with satellite links or high-latency WAN networks
- Experience designing offline-first systems, local storage, and data conflict management and resolution
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Elastic/OpenSearch, and Loki
- Operational experience with Kafka, including broker resilience, data retention, and consumer behavior
- Knowledge of mTLS, certificate lifecycle management, secrets management, and container image signing
- Experience with or exposure to PCI DSS and GDPR
- Participation in on-call rotations, incident response, and runbook development
- Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with client technical teams
- Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills in complex networking and edge computing scenarios
- University degree
- Advanced/fluent English (required)
- Valid visa for travel to the United States
