Job Description
Director role at Huron leading solutions for enterprise technology implementation and managing client engagement. Collaborating with senior leaders and driving operational transformation while providing oversight and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement goal-achieving enterprise technology solutions
- Provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership and program management
- Construct enduring relationships that benefit the firm and enhance project work
- Ignite innovation and navigate constant change while driving operational transformation
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
- Expertise with FP&A Transformation, process design and solution architecture
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and interpersonal skills needed to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Ability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate client executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism
- Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
- Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
