Job Description
FP&A Analyst forecasting subscription revenue and analyzing financial trends at WeightWatchers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and strategy implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to forecast subscription revenue, membership trends, and key operating drivers
- Own monthly pacing analyses, identifying risks and opportunities versus plan and clearly articulating drivers of variance
- Partner with cross-functional leaders across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate business initiatives into financial impact
- Support the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes, ensuring assumptions are grounded in data and aligned to strategy
- Develop business cases for new product launches and strategic initiatives, including scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling
- Design and refine KPIs and operating dashboards to improve visibility into performance and decision-making
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into cohort performance, pricing, retention, and customer acquisition efficiency
- Prepare materials for senior leadership and board discussions, distilling complex analysis into clear, actionable insight
- Continuously identify process improvements to increase automation, accuracy, and speed within FP&A workflows
Requirements:
- 3+ years in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or FP&A within a high-performance environment
- Strong financial modelling skills with ability to build and audit complex revenue and operating models
- Deep understanding of P&L drivers, unit economics, and performance metrics
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Intellectual curiosity and ownership mindset
