Job Description
Strategic Planning Advisor shaping healthcare innovation at CarepathRx & Verity Solutions. Leading strategic initiatives and influencing decisions for measurable business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning projects and provide expert guidance to align initiatives with organizational goals
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate market opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and oversee execution to achieve milestones and deliverables
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic direction
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and drive synergies across the organization
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence decisions across a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in quantitative analysis and modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence in written and verbal formats
- Ability to anticipate trends and incorporate them into short- and long-term plans
