Job Description
Digital Implementation & Partner Success Specialist onboarding and supporting partner businesses in tree care. Focused on technical understanding and making processes comprehensible for practitioners.
Responsibilities:
- You support new partner companies during onboarding: explain procedures, configure modules and ensure a smooth start with the system.
- You schedule your appointments flexibly based on our partners' availability — sometimes early, sometimes later in the day (lead time: 2–7 days).
- You assist existing partners with questions about using our systems and find pragmatic solutions — often with a listening ear and patience.
- You prepare technical topics in English for our development team in India and keep all stakeholders informed.
- You hold yourself to high standards regarding your work results and are aware of your responsibility as the key interface to our partner companies.
- You work independently: when you take something on, it runs smoothly — without someone having to follow up.
Requirements:
- Strong technical understanding and experience with digital tools or ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus, but not required).
- Enjoy explaining things — patient, practice-oriented and on equal terms with our partners.
- Good English skills to clearly convey technical points to our international team.
- Fast responsiveness in support — you understand that even small issues can be critical for our partners in daily operations.
- Self-responsibility and quality awareness: you think ahead, act reliably and keep your commitments.
