Job Description

Digital Marketer at GraphAware applying analytics and strategies to improve customer engagement and lead conversion. Responsible for driving campaigns, optimising technology, and ensuring measurable marketing success.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve organic visibility
  • Work with our content writer to strengthen our SEO strategy by identifying high-value keyword opportunities, optimising existing content and ensuring new content is structured for search performance.
  • Optimise the marketing lifecycle
  • Improve how leads move through the funnel from initial conversion through to qualified opportunities and customers.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack
  • Take responsibility for our marketing technology infrastructure, with HubSpot and WordPress at its core.
  • Drive demand and conversion through digital channels
  • Develop and run digital campaigns that generate high-quality traffic and leads.
  • Deliver reliable marketing insight and measurement
  • Ensure our analytics and tracking infrastructure allow us to understand the impact of digital marketing across the full customer journey.
  • Provide informal HubSpot training and create manuals for the marketing and sales teams to ensure processes are followed and the tool is being used to its full potential.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in high-impact digital marketing roles, ideally within organisations selling technical products with long sales cycles.
  • A self-starter who can manage and prioritise their own workload, hitting deadlines without constant supervision.
  • Curious and up to date with the newest tools: able to identify new means to reach our customers
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, and data analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-team alignment.
