Job Description

Digital marketing coordinator growing an Australian leather accessories brand through social, content, email, and SEO. Creating campaigns, engaging communities, and using performance data to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the brand’s day-to-day digital marketing across social media, content, email, and e-commerce channels
  • Plan and maintain a social media content calendar
  • Create and schedule static posts, carousels, Reels, Stories, TikToks, Pins, and YouTube Shorts
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and social media copy
  • Repurpose photography, UGC, and video content for each platform
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across channels
  • Research social media, fashion, and content trends and adapt relevant trends
  • Identify content ideas and opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and website traffic
  • Create marketing content using supplied brand assets, photography, and video footage
  • Engage with customers and potential customers across social media
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages and answer product questions
  • Escalate customer service issues where required
  • Create and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo or Omnisend
  • Build mobile-friendly emails and manage customer segments and subscriber lists
  • Monitor and optimise automated email flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back flows
  • Conduct A/B testing and monitor email performance, subscriber growth, and revenue
  • Support website optimisation and organic visibility through keyword research and SEO updates
  • Optimise product and collection pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and internal linking
  • Support blog and SEO content development and monitor organic search performance
  • Provide regular reporting across social media, email, and SEO
  • Report on reach, engagement, audience growth, video performance, website traffic, content performance, email metrics, revenue, subscriber growth, organic traffic, and search visibility
  • Go beyond simply providing numbers in marketing reporting
  • Support brand growth, customer acquisition, and sales
  • Attend meetings and collaborate during core AEST or PHT business hours

Requirements:

  • Filipino (Philippines-based) candidate
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, or a similar role
  • Strong experience with Instagram and Facebook
  • Experience creating Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content
  • Strong Canva skills
  • Experience using CapCut, Edits, or similar video editing software
  • Experience with Klaviyo or Omnisend
  • Good written English and strong attention to detail
  • Experience managing social media content calendars
  • Ability to interpret marketing performance data
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proactive approach to identifying marketing and content opportunities
  • Availability for meetings and collaboration during core AEST or PHT business hours
  • Disclosure of existing ongoing roles or client work
  • LinkedIn profile must reflect the engagement as “Independent Contractor”
  • Highly desirable: experience with Shopify, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, UGC content, e-commerce, fashion or accessories brands, and influencer or creator marketing
  • Genuine interest in women’s fashion, handbags, and emerging social media trends is advantageous
