Job Description

Account Manager overseeing digital marketing strategies for DashClicks clients. Focusing on client relationships and expertise in SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communication with a focus on results-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Lead regular client meetings/interactions to review campaign progress and identify new opportunities
  • Educate clients on marketing best practices and platform features to enhance their campaigns
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via chat, email, or call
  • Identify client goals and deliver customized strategies aligned with their business objectives
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction by identifying upsell opportunities
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed records of sales and communications
  • Create business plans to meet predetermined goals and performance quota
  • Become a subject matter expert on the company’s platform and solutions
  • Showcase the product to prospects and conduct discovery to understand their needs
  • Maintain awareness of evolving software features and updates to guide clients effectively
  • Support clients in maximizing the use and value of platform features
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Update internal stakeholders on customer insights, feedback, and any ongoing technical concerns
  • Follow up with clients to ensure all technical issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions for resolution and process refinement.
  • Independently manage tasks using the company’s project management tools

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of strong background in digital marketing with deep expertise in SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads ideally within a marketing agency in a client facing role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, CRMs, and project management software
  • Strong organizational, people, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinker with a solid business acumen and a results-driven approach
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiation principles
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about marketing, eager to stay updated on trends and contribute to team and client growth.
