Job Description

Digital Marketing Coordinator managing multiple WordPress websites for New Zealand supplier in traffic management. Focused on SEO, CRM, and social media management, all remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain multiple WordPress websites
  • Ensure all product listings, pricing, and content are accurate, current, and consistent
  • Upload, structure, and update product information for clarity and usability
  • Optimise product and catalogue pages for SEO (metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure)
  • Maintain a catalogue-style product showcase for industrial and infrastructure-related products
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors to refine, localise, and upload product content
  • Monitor website performance and identify issues related to UX, content, or functionality
  • Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and user experience across all websites
  • Manage CRM activity, including contact updates, segmentation, and data hygiene
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp
  • Maintain and grow email lists with proper segmentation and tagging
  • Track campaign performance and support reporting and insights
  • Assist in lead generation and nurturing initiatives
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence aligned with marketing objectives
  • Create simple, engaging content aligned with products and brand messaging
  • Monitor engagement and support basic community interaction where applicable
  • Create basic marketing assets such as banners, website visuals, and email graphics
  • Use design tools and/or AI-assisted tools to produce content efficiently
  • Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines
  • Support updates across web, email, and social channels
  • Support Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns where required
  • Collaborate with internal or external partners managing paid media
  • Assist with updating creatives, campaign adjustments, and basic performance tracking

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing WordPress websites
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with product listings, pricing, and structured content
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page optimisation, metadata, content structure)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
  • Ability to manage multiple websites and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Experience in industrial, construction, infrastructure, or B2B product-based industries
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation
  • Basic knowledge of paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Experience creating digital assets using design tools or AI-assisted platforms
  • Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimisation
  • Experience working with catalogue-style or multi-site web environments
