Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager leading the design and management of digital marketing activities for WES. Responsible for advancing organizational awareness and showcasing WES' brand through various strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, plans and manages a digital marketing strategy
- Leads the ideation and creation of digital marketing campaigns
- Develops digital marketing materials and content
- Establishes key metrics for monitoring marketing effectiveness
- Tracks and reports on digital marketing campaigns
- Serves as Communications lead for Marketo
- Collaborates closely with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- BA in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and/or marketing operations
- Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, JIRA, HTML, and WordPress
- Excellent grasp of best practices for email marketing and design
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
