Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager driving digital marketing strategies and initiatives across Europe Central Asia region for Nutreco, focusing on data-driven campaigns and collaboration with local teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate regional marketing strategy into scalable, data-driven digital campaigns across ECA
  • Drive end-to-end digital marketing execution, from planning to optimization and performance tracking
  • Lead improvements in website infrastructure, landing pages and customer journeys across multiple markets
  • Strengthen SEO/SEM, social media and online campaign performance in collaboration with local teams
  • Measure and optimize performance using KPIs and ROI insights, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Work closely with regional, local and global marketing stakeholders to align on best practices and digital excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (campaigns, channels, performance marketing)
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems: SEO/SEM, web optimization, analytics tools
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, markets and functions
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Affinity with agriculture or a similar industry is a plus
