Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager creating content and overseeing marketing strategies for high-growth agencies. Driving campaigns and optimizing performance to ensure client success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in creating and overseeing high-impact content and social media strategies that capture attention and build authority for clients.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns, from paid ads to email automation, ensuring every touchpoint is designed to convert interest into revenue.
- Turn raw metrics into actionable insights, monitoring KPIs and campaign performance to pivot strategies and maximize ROI in real-time.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, streamlining marketing operations and building the systems necessary to sustain rapid growth and agency excellence.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels and how to align creative content with business goals.
- Mastery of modern marketing stack, comfortable navigating CRM tools, ad managers, email automation platforms, and AI-driven creative tools.
- A sharp eye for detail, ensuring every caption, graphic, and email is polished, professional, and on-brand before it hits the public.
- Motivated by growth metrics and take personal pride in seeing lead counts rise and cost-per-acquisition drop.
