Job Description
Digital Marketing Specialist managing digital campaigns for a global supplier of custom-designed products and event merchandise. Focusing on customer journey optimization and lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to increase website traffic and lead generation
- Build, manage, and optimise high-converting sales funnels using ClickFunnels
- Improve customer acquisition and conversion through data-driven marketing strategies
- Support ongoing lead generation initiatives and business growth objectives
- Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys
- Manage email marketing platforms, mailing lists, segmentation, and automation workflows
- Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to maximise engagement and conversions
- Create engaging marketing content using AI-powered marketing and content creation tools
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic
- Support content publishing and optimisation across digital channels
- Assist with social media scheduling and content management
- Track campaign performance and analyse marketing metrics
- Provide recommendations to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Build and maintain lead databases through ethical research and data collection
- Identify opportunities to optimise customer journeys and marketing processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Hands-on experience building sales funnels using ClickFunnels
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation
- Knowledge of email segmentation, customer journeys, and campaign optimisation
- Experience using AI marketing and content creation tools
- Experience with lead generation and data research
- Strong content writing skills
- Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Growth Marketing Specialist, or Marketing Automation Specialist
- Experience with performance marketing and conversion optimisation
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes
