Job Description
Digital Operations Assistant focused on webinar preparation and marketing automation support in the real estate industry. Managing logistics and executing marketing campaigns for investor engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Webinar Preparation & Setup
- Coordinate and prepare logistics and systems for upcoming webinars and investor events
- Configure webinar platforms and ensure all technical systems are ready before events
- Create and manage webinar registration and sign-up forms
- Prepare and format webinar presentation slide decks
- Update presentation slides when needed
- Content & Event Coordination
- Prepare speaker bios and headshots for webinar promotion
- Organise marketing materials and assets required for webinars
- Coordinate partnership or affiliate requests related to webinars
- Manage and configure affiliate links and tracking if required
- Marketing Campaign Execution
- Prepare promotional materials for webinars across email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Support webinar marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Marketing & Email Funnels
- Implement webinar-related campaigns, including investor follow-ups and member/non-member campaigns
- Write and set up post-webinar email follow-up sequences and automations
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic experience with marketing platforms, CRM tools, or email marketing software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with digital tools and online systems
- Experience supporting webinars or online events
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and automation workflows
- With own working laptop.
- Has a wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a backup connection.
