Job Description
Manager, Platform Operations driving tools and processes for efficient proposal development at CVS Health. Partnering to enhance technology adoption and streamline workflows while providing training and operational insights.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the tools, processes, and operational practices for Proposal Development organization
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to improve workflows
- Enhance technology adoption and deliver training programs
- Provide operational insights that support successful proposal execution
- Shape a culture of continuous improvement and ensure teams have the necessary platforms and resources
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in proposal operations, business operations, program management, project management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training, onboarding, or enablement programs
- Experience administering and supporting collaboration and workflow platforms, including SharePoint Online and project management tools such as Asana
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
