Job Description
Director, Platform Operations leading proposal development and operational transformation initiatives for CVS Health. Collaborating with leadership and managing resources to optimize workflows and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Platform Operations team, establishing priorities, performance expectations, and development opportunities.
- Oversee proposal workflows, governance, documentation, and operational standards.
- Manage proposal platforms, reporting tools, and operational infrastructure.
- Use reporting, analytics, and capacity planning insights to inform decision-making.
- Lead change management, training, and adoption efforts.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in proposal operations, business operations, program management, project management, or operational excellence.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience developing and improving business processes, workflows, and operational governance models.
- Experience with collaboration, workflow, reporting, and project management tools such as SharePoint, Asana.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
