Job Description

Digital Solutions Integration Specialist supporting Intuitive Hub and MyIntuitive+ adoption for Austrian and Swiss healthcare customers. Delivering clinical integrations, workflow optimization, training, troubleshooting, and digital solution expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Intuitive’s digital solutions
  • Perform Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization
  • Educate and prepare customers for MyIntuitive+, including customer onboarding
  • Monitor and drive digital product utilization by customers and clinical users
  • Expand the user base by working with hospital staff and thought leaders
  • Test and troubleshoot installed systems and document issues for escalation
  • Lead clinical team training sessions on system operation
  • Onboard, coach, and mentor new and existing team members
  • Participate in training and launches of new products and procedures
  • Contribute to departmental and cross-functional process and deliverable improvements
  • Collaborate with sales, clinical, digital support, marketing, and field service teams
  • Support complex customer events and provide guidance on Intuitive Hub usage
  • Provide client-experience feedback to support and product development teams
  • Prospect for digital solution expansions and upgrades within the existing customer base

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Engineering, life science, or medical background preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in procedural / OR healthcare software required
  • 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations
  • Prior knowledge of EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage
  • Background in training clinical and OR staff required
  • Knowledge of the procedural/operating room environment required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering consulting services that provide customer value
  • Ability to communicate consistently and effectively
  • Ability to discover customer needs and inspire adoption of new solutions
  • Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel more than 75%
