Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant une conciergerie immobilière ALB à Uzès. Développant un portefeuille de propriétaires, une équipe locale et des revenus récurrents.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand as an independent entrepreneur
- Establish and develop your concierge company in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and lead your local team of cleaning and maintenance agents
- Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB's digital tools
- Optionally develop your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners
- Experience in real estate, sales, or other sectors accepted
- Motivated with the capacity to develop an independent business
- Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network
- Commitment to building long-term recurring revenue
- Independent contractor status (self-employed)
