Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant une activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB en France. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et développement d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and expand a concierge company in your local area
- Prospect for and sign management contracts with property owners
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB's digital tools
- Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Optimize owners' revenue and handle the logistical management of guest stays
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners
- Strong motivation and entrepreneurial drive
- Background in real estate, sales, or other sectors (all backgrounds considered)
- Desire for autonomy while supported by a structured network
- Willingness to build long-term recurring income
- Independent (self-employed) status
- Comprehensive training included
