Job Description
Medical aesthetics specialist communicating product information, training, and support to healthcare institutions for AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics. Managing customer networks and executing regional projects.
Responsibilities:
- Execute company work plans, performance targets, and budgets within the assigned region
- Deliver product information and conduct academic communications with medical institutions
- Collect customer needs and feedback and execute related projects
- Identify customer opportunities and provide professional customer support and training
- Establish, improve, and maintain networks of target customers
- Assist regional managers and cross-functional personnel from marketing and other departments with company projects
- Customize project execution according to the characteristics of assigned institutions and hospitals to optimize results
- Conduct business activities legally and reasonably in accordance with the commercial code of conduct
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, graduated in medicine, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a related field
- More than three years of relevant work experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related fields
- Experience in a foreign-funded enterprise preferred
- Good customer management and teamwork abilities
- Good learning and data analysis abilities
- Willingness to accept challenges and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in the medical aesthetics products industry preferred
