Job Description
Director of Digital Operations leading financial and operational planning for the $700MM Digital Services portfolio. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance enterprise objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of ~6 fully remote Capability Operations Business Partners responsible for financial and operational planning
- Collaborate on monthly close, quarterly forecasting & annual budgeting processes
- Ensure OBPs provide consistent, high-impact support to Digital Business Unit leaders
- Define and scale processes to create decision-ready insights to support a complex, growing organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operation management or FP&A
- 3+ years leading lean teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Professional services or consulting experience
- Strong background in financial & operational management.
