Job Description

Director building Chromalloy’s global talent, learning, internship, rotational, mentoring, and engagement programs. Supporting aerospace component repair and manufacturing through enterprise development infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary talent development thought partner to the CHRO and senior business leaders
  • Identify development needs across business units and geographies and translate them into enterprise program designs
  • Participate in talent reviews and succession calibration, converting outcomes into funded development actions
  • Design, build, and own the enterprise Internship Program and its governance, metrics, and university sourcing pipeline
  • Design and launch Leadership Development and Functional Development curricula
  • Build a Management Skills Development curriculum and deliver leader assimilation for senior leaders
  • Design, build, and own the Early Career Rotational and Fast Track Program
  • Build talent mentoring programs and own the enterprise Employee Engagement strategy
  • Design enterprise recognition programs and maintain engagement measurement and reporting
  • Build government agency relationships and secure workforce development funding and training tax credits
  • Own grant applications, compliance, reporting, reimbursement, and credit-claim processes
  • Design and own the enterprise career path framework and internal mobility visibility process
  • Set enterprise learning governance and LMS architecture standards
  • Govern psychometric and leadership assessment tool usage
  • Partner with People Analytics to build an integrated talent and learning dashboard

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in talent management, leadership development, or learning and development
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, MRO, or technically complex industrial environments strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience designing and launching enterprise development programs from concept
  • Experience identifying, applying for, and managing government training funding or employer training tax credits
  • Experience designing enterprise mentoring and employee engagement programs
  • Deep expertise in career path architecture and internal mobility framework design
  • Strong partnership and influencing skills
  • Experience with psychometric and leadership assessment tools; facilitator or administrator certification preferred
  • Excellent facilitation skills with senior leaders and executive cohorts
  • Strong analytical capability and ability to translate talent and learning data into executive-ready insights
  • Proficiency with an enterprise HCM platform and LMS learning architecture standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field required
  • Master's degree strongly preferred
  • PHR, SPHR, ATD CPTD, or equivalent professional certification preferred
  • Executive coaching certification is a differentiating asset
