Job Description
HEOR Scientist providing strategic insight and leadership for Lilly's Oncology portfolio. Ensuring high-quality economic and outcomes research to support drug development and access decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic insight and leadership into health outcomes evidence needs for Lilly Oncology portfolio
- Develop product-value propositions and patient-reported outcomes strategies
- Execute high-impact HEOR science for products across their lifecycle
- Lead HO evidence planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Communicate HO information to internal and the scientific community
Requirements:
- Doctorate (PhD, MD), PharmD/MS degree with 10+ years' experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in therapeutic area expertise, preferably in Oncology
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technical and analytic capabilities in economic modeling, health technology assessment, etc.
- Understanding of healthcare systems in at least one of US, Europe, and/or Asia
- Ability to influence and collaborate within and across teams
- Experience in research agendas completion and dissemination
