Job Description
Director leading transition and transformation projects in real estate services at Cushman & Wakefield. Ensuring operational efficiency and customer experience throughout project phases.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead projects through transition and transformation phases
- Drive the successful execution of multiple transition and transformation projects
- Identify and incorporate opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Track and manage the transition budget
- Lead transition initiatives by executing project plans
Requirements:
- BA/BSc degree (MBA / advanced degree in business or other applicable, highly desired)
- 5+ years in project / program management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Advanced customer service and management capabilities
- Technically proficient in all commonly used business software and applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet)
