Job Description
Empower Director leading programs on media literacy, citizenship, and civic engagement. Fostering women's empowerment as political actors under MWEG's mission.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the managers of three key program areas
- Provide thought leadership and strategic direction
- Collaborate closely with directors of communications, communities, and advocacy
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations
- Shape messaging that resonates with both membership and external partners
Requirements:
- Extensive familiarity with MWEG’s history, mission, and voice
- Deep commitment to MWEG’s core values
- Understanding of the doctrines and values of the LDS faith
- Experience providing mentorship and training to direct reports
- Ability to manage collaborative teams of employees, contractors, and volunteers
