Job Description
Director of Growth Marketing at Docplanner, leading AI-driven patient acquisition strategy across multiple channels and markets. Building automated systems for performance and growth in healthtech.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end to end patient acquisition strategy across paid channels and all countries
- Define growth targets, CAC/LTV models and scalable acquisition frameworks
- Balance short term performance with long term brand and market expansion
- Identify new growth levers, channels and partnerships
- Decide where to scale, defend or experiment based on market maturity
- Own day-to-day performance across: Google, Meta, Influencers, affiliates and partnership, and potentially upper funnel channels
- Manage budget, pacing and performance targets
- Ensure strong execution across multiple countries in Europe and Latam
- Build this system from scratch, using what AI can bring today and partnering with our tech team
- Design and implement an AI-driven acquisition system where the majority of campaign management, creative production, testing and optimization is automated
- Partner with data teams to improve: attribution models, experimentation velocity and performance reporting
- Lead pilot programs for new acquisition channels
- Create and lead a small, high-leverage team to accomplish the mission
- Coach and manage the team ensuring strong talent density, innovation, speed and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven senior level experience in performance/growth marketing in marketplace on the consumer side
- Track record of replacing manual marketing workflows with automated or AI-driven systems
- Deep interest in AI and a strong point of view on how it will transform performance marketing
- Experience owning + 3 M Eur global media budget
- Strong hands experience with Google and Meta at scale
- Proven experience running multi market acquisition
- Experience managing teams/complex organization
