Job Description
Lifecycle marketing expert designing realistic CRM and retention tasks for Mercor’s AI-agent training environments. Evaluating agent decisions, reference answers, and multi-tool workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Design task briefs based on real lifecycle or CRM marketing work
- Identify the issue a task tests and the decision a strong practitioner should reach
- Specify realistic documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for tasks
- Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria
- Review AI agent attempts and assess them against practitioner standards
- Create and evaluate tasks involving diagnosis, prioritization, tradeoffs, planning, execution, QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration
- Cover lifecycle areas including contact strategy, milestone campaigns, customer communications, deliverability, list health, and lifecycle portfolio optimization
Requirements:
- Hands-on practitioner experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Experience owning the sending program and its incrementality
- Comfortable across an ESP, a CRM such as Salesforce, and product analytics such as Amplitude
- Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred
- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred
- Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right
- Completion of a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain
- Independent contractor engagement
- Applicants must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
