Job Description
Director of Partnerships responsible for healthcare sales through outbound activity and pipeline management. Engaging with senior healthcare executives to build and manage business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (80+ calls per day)
- Book and run discovery calls and product demos
- Engage C-suite and senior leaders at health systems and large practices
- Build and manage pipeline in HubSpot
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic accounts
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets
- Represent RPM Healthcare with professionalism and credibility
Requirements:
- 5+ years of healthcare sales experience (required)
- Experience selling healthcare technology, SaaS, or services (preferred)
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and outbound prospecting
- Highly polished communicator (phone, video, and email)
- Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience preferred)
