Job Description
Director Program Management responsible for leading Abbott's integration projects in New Zealand. Driving operational success and compliance while managing diverse teams across global initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership, direction and co-ordination to the Abbott New Zealand integration project team
- Monitor performance versus project milestones and timelines and take corrective action as necessary
- Provide ongoing updates to key leaders in Division, Corporate and other support groups
- Report project completion schedule, budgets and compliance with statutory requirements
- Interface with internal and/or external regulatory agencies and/or officials
- Develop action plans and milestones with target dates to support implementation of strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) Business, Engineering, Science or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in large scale program and/or portfolio management experience that impact multiple functions and/or regions
- 10+ years management/supervisory experience
- This position will be a 2-3 year expat assignment to New Zealand.
