Job Description
Director of Sales Enablement & Training at Sound Physicians responsible for building sales methodology and training frameworks. Leading efforts in onboarding and continuous improvement in sales capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- The Director of Sales Enablement & Training builds and institutionalizes a standardized enterprise selling and account management methodology across Business Development and Partner Success.
- This role is responsible for onboarding, continuous learning, clinical credibility training, executive selling capability, and measurable behavior change that improves win rates, renewals, and service-line expansion.
- Design and implement enterprise sales and account management framework.
- Build structured onboarding curriculum for Business Development and Partner Success.
- Create executive-level selling and account strategy training (C-suite positioning, value articulation, renewal strategy).
- Develop training on service-line clinical models and operational workflows.
- Implement coaching rhythms tied to measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in healthcare/or Business
- 8–12+ years’ experience in healthcare sales enablement or go-to-market leadership
- Strong curriculum design and executive coaching background
- Experience building structured sales processes within complex B2B environments
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
