Job Description

Director of Thought Leader Engagement at Genmab managing oncology KOL relationships. Developing strategies for successful pre-launch and launch activities in Gynecologic Oncology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the national thought leader engagement strategy to support the pre-launch and launch of Rina-S.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with national and regional Gynecologic Oncology KOLs.
  • Identify trends within the gynecologic oncology landscape that may impact Rina-S adoption.
  • Serve as a primary Genmab contact with leading KOLs, Medical Experts, and key influencers.
  • Lead planning for thought leader engagement at major oncology congresses and scientific meetings.
  • Identify, train, and evaluate the Rina-S speaker bureau.
  • Deliver a KYSO customer experience through a coordinated One Genmab approach across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
  • Provide strategic insights from thought leader interactions to inform brand strategy and launch planning.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Genmab teams.
  • Manage key engagement initiatives, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oncology sales, marketing, medical affairs, or account management is required.
  • 8+ years in Oncology sales, marketing, medical affairs, or account management to be considered for Associate Director, TLE role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct Gynecologic Oncology thought leader engagement experience is required for Director, TLE level role.
  • Demonstrated relationships with national and regional Gyn/Onc KOLs is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the gynecologic oncology treatment landscape.
  • Oncology launch experience strongly preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically 2–3 nights per week, including occasional weekends for congresses and conferences.
