Job Description
Director overseeing Premier WFM Technology Solutions for strategic members, enhancing adoption and implementation. Leading onboarding, engagement, and providing consultative service to ensure value realization.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing, and overseeing Premier Workforce Management Technology Solutions to members
- Lead onboarding/implementation activities for new contract execution
- Lead post-implementation activities to drive member value from using Premier WFM Technology Solutions
- Provide education and coaching to junior WFM Engagement Leaders
- Develop Thought Leadership with other Premier SME’s
Requirements:
- 7 or more years of experience
- Bachelors degree (Required)
- Business Analytics
- Hospital Operations experience/knowledge
- Member Engagement
- Project Management
- Experience utilizing OperationsAdvisor
- Demonstrated experience engaging with senior leadership
- Experience using software solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics, Smartsheet, SCA, SA, SCM, VA, ABI, Premier ERP MM, Lawson MM, Peoplesoft MM, Workday MM, GHX, CPSI, Tableau)
