Job Description

Director overseeing Premier WFM Technology Solutions for strategic members, enhancing adoption and implementation. Leading onboarding, engagement, and providing consultative service to ensure value realization.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, executing, and overseeing Premier Workforce Management Technology Solutions to members
  • Lead onboarding/implementation activities for new contract execution
  • Lead post-implementation activities to drive member value from using Premier WFM Technology Solutions
  • Provide education and coaching to junior WFM Engagement Leaders
  • Develop Thought Leadership with other Premier SME’s

Requirements:

  • 7 or more years of experience
  • Bachelors degree (Required)
  • Business Analytics
  • Hospital Operations experience/knowledge
  • Member Engagement
  • Project Management
  • Experience utilizing OperationsAdvisor
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with senior leadership
  • Experience using software solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics, Smartsheet, SCA, SA, SCM, VA, ABI, Premier ERP MM, Lawson MM, Peoplesoft MM, Workday MM, GHX, CPSI, Tableau)
