Job Description

Distributor & Market Development Manager at Insulet driving sustainable growth through distributor partnerships. Collaborating across cross-functional teams to enhance commercial strategies and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of regional growth strategies aligned with International Markets objectives
  • Identify market opportunities, risks, and emerging trends, translating insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Manage market development initiatives that accelerate adoption, market penetration, and sustainable revenue growth
  • Contribute to regional business planning, forecasting, and portfolio prioritisation decisions
  • Implement distributor partnership strategies to maximize commercial effectiveness and customer impact
  • Manage distributor performance through KPI frameworks, business reviews, and capability-building initiatives
  • Drive accountability for commercial results and execution excellence across assigned markets
  • Collaborate with Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to support patient access and reimbursement pathways
  • Help identify and address barriers impacting customer adoption and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare technology, or diabetes care
  • Experience managing distributor networks across multiple countries
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, commercial management, and market development
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and participating in cross-functional initiatives.
